Last week we has the pleasure of completing a remodel project for Karl B.

We leveled his floors, ensured the stability of the floor joists. Repaired/replaced compromised sub-floors. Fixed some leaks that has caused some mold. Changed the layout of the bathroom and laundry room for better flow exchanged the bathtub for a walk-in shower. Constructed built-in shelves in the bathroom for added storage. Moved the entryway to the bathroom. Installed LVP throughout the home.
