Who says a checkerboard has to be two solid colors?

This is our favorite way to break the rules a little. Take a classic checkerboard layout, then swap in patterned tiles, and suddenly a timeless format feels fresh and unexpected. The structure keeps it grounded while the pattern brings all the personality.

That's the fun of mixing and matching. The best palettes often come from taking something familiar and giving it a little twist.

Most designers have worked with a showroom that made the process harder than it needed to be. This is the opposite.

The sample boards are in and we're just as obsessed as ever.

There's something about seeing a material laid out like this, all the tones and textures together, that makes the whole story click. It's the closest thing to imagining a tile in your space before it's ever on the wall.
