Big one for you this week. ✨

This patio had good bones — it just needed the Herr's touch. New Techo-Bloc Antika pavers, a dark pergola for shade, fresh rock beds and plantings, and path lighting so the whole space glows after dark. 🌙

Before → after. That's the whole story, and honestly, that's our favorite kind of story.

If your backyard has "good bones" and you know it could be more — give us a call. 📞 281-723-2458

October is hardscape season around here, friends. 🧱

The ground's dry, the schedule's open, and anything we build now is ready for you to enjoy come spring. This walkway went in last week — and it's built to still look like this in 20 years, because what matters most is what you don't see: the layers underneath that keep the pavers from shifting and settling.

Pretty patios are easy to sell. Patios that still look like this in 20 years? That's what we build.

Thinking about a patio or walkway? We'd love to talk. 📞 281-723-2458

Got a spot in your yard that's always soggy? This might be the prettiest fix you've ever seen 💧

This 120-foot dry stream bed moves water where it needs to go — waterfall, pond, and native plants for the pollinators and birds, all in one. It handles the water and happens to be the best-looking part of the property.

Every yard's different, though. Sometimes it's a stream bed, sometimes a French drain, solid pipe with catch basins, or just fixing the grade. We'll take a look and tell you straight what's actually needed — free estimate.

Anyone else noticing how early it's getting dark? 🌙

October means the sun clocks out around 6 — but that doesn't mean your backyard has to. We wrapped up this xeriscape with full-color spectrum lighting from FX Luminaire and AMP: boulders, pathways, and plants all glowing, and it all runs from a phone.

There's something special about sitting outside on a cool fall evening with the lights on. If your place goes pitch black after sunset, we can fix that before the holidays roll around. Free estimates, always.

🍂 Fall lawn tips, Houston edition 🍂

October is prime time to set your turf up for a strong spring — whether you're running St. Augustine, Bermuda, or zoysia.

Keep mowing (but never scalp going into winter), get a fall fertilizer down to build deep roots, ease off the water to once a week, and mulch those leaves right back into the lawn instead of bagging them.

Do those four and your yard wakes up ahead of the neighbors come March 🌱

And if your lawn needs more than a seasonal tune-up, we offer fertilization, core aeration, remediation, and full replacement. Call or text 281-723-2458 for a free estimate.

Sunday shop day 🔧

Not the prettiest part of the job, but somebody's gotta do it — fresh carburetor going on our Bluebird aerator so it's ready for fall aeration season.

Core aeration is one of the best things you can do for a tired lawn this time of year: it opens up compacted soil so water, air, and nutrients actually get down to the roots. We also offer fertilization, remediation, and full turf replacement if your lawn needs more than a tune-up.

Free estimates, always. 📞 Call or text 281-723-2458.
