Do you have duplicates of items because you can’t find them, when you need them , and end up buying more?

✅ I won’t judge you and I won’t make you get rid of extras, if you don’t want to. I will however, help you place your items in strategic locations so that you can easily find them when you need them.

✅ If you happen to overbuy often, it can be a sign of a possible neurodivergence. ADHD, OCD,Hoarding Disorder, and PTSD are all conditions that can lead to chronic disorganization and overbuying.

✅ If you’ve been diagnosed, please work out a plan with your therapist/health care provider. I’m more than happy to help you achieve your organizing goals , but remember that progress can only be achieved if you put the effort in one day at a time. ❤️

Hi 👋 I have been a bit quiet on social media lately, but I’m working behind the scenes! I’m in Toronto attending the Institute for Challenging Disorganization in person conference. I’m learning all about issues tackling ADHD and other neurodivergent communities with challenging organization…It’s not all about things, sometimes it’s about the whys of the mind!

Early morning grocery shopping is the best! 🌞

Everything is organized and there aren’t a lot of shoppers around making it easy here to get what you need quicker.

I know we have many online options this day, but unlike quality control and I feel that being able to select my meats and produce, makes me happy, and let’s not forget that walking in any fashion is good for you and your soul! 😀❤️

Grocery shopping in person , is a great way to get your steps in! Just don’t let me get started on people, not putting things back that where they belong, especially shopping carts. …🛒🛍️
