The presence of artillery fungus spots, also often called sh***un fungus, directly on your cabin logs is a clear sign that your surface sealant has failed or worn thin. When the wood under the sealer becomes exposed and damp the fungus can take hold, leaving your logs looking unsightly.

Thank you to all the contractors/owners planning to attend our focused, practical, conversation-driven workshop designed specifically for business owners in the log home services industry. This gathering is for owners who want to strengthen their businesses, compare real-world approaches with peers, and leave with clearer ideas for pricing, operations, growth, and long-term sustainability. This workshop exists for one reason: To make each other better.

We're contractors. We're business owners. We've made mistakes, lost money, screwed up jobs, hired the wrong people, fired the wrong people, underbid work, overestimated ourselves, and learned some lessons the hard way. That's exactly why this event exists.

This is a place for honest conversation about what actually happens when you own and operate our type of contractor business. The format is conversation, not a lecture.

If you've already reached out, we'll email the information within days. If you're interested, reach out to us. Thanks, and looking forward to seeing some of the best and brightest in the business there.

We do a whole lot of before➡️after videos for you so today we thought we would switch it up a bit! Sometimes you don’t always see the growth until you look backwards and see how far you’ve come.
