After all plumbing was done replaced subfloor. Was gonna do one piece. This after discovered other area needed replaced to. We use floor patch to feather seams just because before lvp goes down. That old flooring had defects. Will get all new flooring eventually. All matters is plumbing isn't flooding.

Several ruptures due to being abandoned so long. Had to ✂️ large openings in flooring. Then crawl in mud to do everything.

Ya ever heard of the quote " ya opened a can of 🪱 " lol? Well this vacant property is that exactly. Even all the outlets someone used wrong screws and all wrong outlets. Then several outlets boxes and switch boxes fell through wall. So had to redo ......Only plus side is things like this will give you the opportunity to become better and sharpen up skills.

We started our sons in elementary school running with dad. By middle school knew how to run commercial mowers, skidsteers, and mini excavators . By high school they knew almost every trade. I taught them work ethic young so as adults they knew nothing will be handed to them . They're now both grown adults in construction industry!

Will remember to take more 📸. I just be so busy at times.
