I turned this Vintage Heater into a LED light and I'm loving the golden glow. Perfect for mood lighting and a conversation piece. It will be for sale from my client who is a vendor. Please stay tuned for more details (maybe in the comments below?).
This is a very unique light and I know it won't stay for sale long (I am not the one selling it, so please don't flood my messages for price I will share in a post or in thecomments below).
If you are looking for a unique light like this or want to turn something into a light contact The Lamp Guru.

Letting my current and new clients know I will be away on a much needed holiday break starting this Sunday October 25th and will be back to conduct business after November 4th. You can definitely leave a message to set up meet up for when I come back, but I won't be available to reply during the dates mentioned above, because I am on an adventure with my Babe and Buddha Boo.

So thankful for J Michele VanHoose and Joel VanHoose Tindle Family Farms for entrusting me to help them and with the help of amazing people like Jerusha Haling, The Secondhand Savages and Shirley (can't tag her) and many friends and family that made this Wedding reception an unforgettable night for two families coming together to celebrate unity through music, food, the art of creativity, ingenuity, and so much more.

I had a plethora of vintage crystals we transformed this flowery wreath into a chandelier. Next is drapes to complete this special dance floor, but we will hold off until the day of the wedding.

In 2026 with all the information overload this is definitely needed and we all have to make an active and conscious decision to put the phone down. I see the irony in posting this on social media. We all including myself need to be reminded that we owe it to ourselves and to our relationships.

Hint for the Week: Put the phone down.

Start with meals. When you sit down to eat with someone, put your phone away, like all the way; like not even on the table. Then make it a habit in any face-to-face conversation. A phone sitting between two people sends a message, whether we mean to send it or not. It says, This phone, and all the people in it, might be more important than you are.

That may not be what you mean at all. Relationships are built in the moments when people have our full attention. Eye contact. Listening. A little laughter. The simple feeling that the person in front of you matters. Try it this week. Put the phone away before the conversation begins. Then notice what happens when you give someone your undivided attention.
