🏠 Garage Floor Transformation 🔨
This townhome was originally built as the showing home, so the garage had an existing partial tile floor that required some extra prep work. Garrett had to grind down the old tile and properly prepare the surface before installing the new flooring system.
From there, he installed a durable epoxy floor system topped with a polyaspartic coating.
