Ford Asphalt Company recently completed a large-scale paving project in Earth City, MO, delivering a fresh, smooth asphalt surface with efficiency and precision.

This project consisted of a 2” mill and overlay covering approximately 8,772 square yards. Our TEAM completed the milling in one trip and returned the following day to pave the entire area in one trip, placing 965 tons of asphalt at a 2-inch compacted thickness.

Another project completed in Brentwood, MO!

Ford Asphalt Company recently completed 2” milling repairs in isolated areas of this busy shopping center, giving these sections of the parking lot a fresh start.

Our crews performed the work during normal weekday hours, carefully phasing each area to keep patrons entering and exiting the shopping center and businesses operating as usual. Thoughtful planning and coordination helped us deliver quality work while keeping the needs of our client, tenants, and shoppers at the forefront.

Ford Asphalt Company recently completed another successful commercial paving project at Plaza Frontenac.

This project included:
• Removal of the existing asphalt curbs
• Installation of new 18" concrete vertical curbs
• Removal of the existing asphalt pavement to a depth of 3.5"
• Installation of new asphalt pavement to match the existing section

One of the biggest challenges of this project was keeping Plaza Frontenac and Brio’s Restaurant open for daily business throughout the work. Through careful planning, coordination, and the dedication of our TEAM, we were able to complete the project while minimizing disruption to customers, tenants, and daily operations.

Last week, our TEAM completed another quality commercial paving project for a local dental / medical office in St. Peters, MO.

This project included:
- 2" asphalt mill
- 2" asphalt overlay
- Complete parking lot re-striping completed overnight
