Shoutout to the wives who inspect their husbands before they leave the house. Some of us apparently need adult supervision before meeting new clients. It would have been a breezy day.

What came first, the maple or the roof?

Every tree is different and you have to adjust. This had no good landing spot unless I cut it higher than normal. This allowed it to land inside the fence onto the yard. Also you can see the video starts at a 30Ā° angle. Using a conventional cut on smaller trees this is quite common. A Humboldt cut would avoid this, but for a small tree that was close to the fence, it gave me a good opportunity to see if it was going to hit the fence even after my measurements and high felling cut. Previous to where this video starts there was a double check on the distance the top would reach. After giving myself the green light, I cut more of my hinge and dropped it to the ground.

It even knocked a dead maple branch off for freešŸ¤£
