✅ Concrete repair instructions below…

1. Blast out any loose concrete with a pressure washer. Allow to dry.
2. Apply a little Creto DPS and patch with a cement based patch material. Allow to cure.
3. Apply more Creto DPS which will waterproof and strengthen the patch. Allow to cure.
4. Apply tinted Versatec over the concrete to blend in patch into the previously stained concrete.

This is one of the longest lasting ways to patch and repair concrete. 💪 Please let me know if you have any questions about the process.

⬇️ Joint sealing instructions below.

This process is for interior concrete joint filling. I use the Albion Engineering Company backer rod insertion tool.
1. Clean out the joints
2. Insert backer rod at 3/4” depth
3. Apply semi-rigid polyurea
4. 2hrs later scrape
5. Sand or diamond grind floors
6. Do whatever finishing you prefer (this floor had a three color stain and sealed)

This was a cool project done by the makers of these products (Concrete Chemistries). They did a couple coats of Versatec sealer tinted with Color Prime white tint. Then they went over it with the Titan Coat garage floor coating. Really stylish look!

✅ Waterproofing info below…

Freeze thaw expansion and contraction can devastate concrete. The only way to prevent this from happening is by treating your concrete with a deep penetrating sealer.

I use EPS (Extreme Penetrating Sealer) for my clients. It permanently waterproofs and strengthens the concrete. This eliminates damage from winter weather and ice melt products.

There’s only about a month or so before it’s too cold to seal. So get on it! 👍
