HOW WILL YOU GET THAT BIG SHED INTO MY BACKYARD?

It’s one of the most common questions we get, especially from customers who have fences, narrow driveways, or limited access to their backyard.

Here’s what you should know about delivery with 5 Star Structures.

1. DELIVERY IS FREE WITHIN 50 MILES!

We offer free delivery and setup within our 50-mile delivery area.

2. WE DON’T HAVE TO DRIVE THE BIG TRUCK INTO YOUR YARD.

Our professional delivery drivers use specialized equipment, including a shed mule and dollies, to move your building from the trailer into position.

This allows us to place sheds in areas where a large truck and trailer wouldn’t fit.

3. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE DELIVERY?

We recommend having a level gravel or concrete pad ready before your building arrives. But we can also level it up on blocks for you. (Customer is responsible to provide blocks)

For a gravel pad, we recommend approximately 3–5 inches of gravel.

Customers are responsible for having any necessary leveling blocks available on-site.

4. WHAT ABOUT FENCES, GATES, OR TIGHT SPACES?

Make sure there is enough clearance for your building to reach its final location. Gates, trees, overhead wires, uneven ground, and narrow spaces can all affect delivery.

If you’re unsure whether your building will fit, talk with your salesperson before ordering. We can help you determine what access is needed.

5. DO YOU LEVEL THE SHED?

Yes! Our drivers level your building during setup using the prepared site and any necessary blocks.

6. HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN IT’S COMING?

Once your building is finished, we’ll contact you to coordinate a delivery date and time.

Our goal is to make the entire process as simple as possible, from ordering your building to getting it set in place.

RENT-TO-OWN OR FIN ANCING? WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?

One of the questions we hear most often is, "Can I make monthly payments on a shed?"

Yes! We offer two different monthly payment options. Here's how they work.

RENT-TO-OWN

Our rent-to-own program allows you to get the building you need without paying the full purchase price upfront.

• No credit check required for our rent-to-own program.

• Our standard program is 24, 36, 48 or 54 months.

• For most orders under $10,000, you can get started with just the first month's rental payment.

• You can pay off your building early! Your early payoff amount is 50% of the remaining rental payments.

Rent-to-own isn't a traditional loan with an interest rate. It's a rental agreement that gives you the option to own your building.

FIN ANCING

We also offer a fin ancing option for customers who prefer a traditional loan.

• A soft credit pull is available during the application process.

• Fin ancing may offer lower monthly payments.

• Payment amounts and terms depend on approval.

WHICH ONE IS BETTER?

That depends on your budget and how your credit score is.
Our sales team can explain both options to you so you can compare before making a decision.

HOW DO I ORDER A SHED?

It's actually a pretty simple process! Whether you're looking for a basic storage shed or something completely customized, here's how ordering from 5 Star Structures works.

STEP 1: Choose Your Building

Start by deciding what kind of building you're looking for. We offer everything from storage sheds and garages to cabins, greenhouses, animal shelters, and more.

Not sure what size or style you need? Our sales team can help you figure that out!

STEP 2: Make It Yours

Choose your size, siding color, roof color, and trim. You can also customize your building with additional windows, doors, insulation, electrical packages, shelving, and more.

We can help put together a quote based on exactly what you're looking for.

STEP 3: Choose How You Want to Pay

You can purchase your building outright, take advantage of our rent-to-own program, or apply for financing.

We'll explain your options and help you decide what works best for your budget.

STEP 4: Place Your Order

Once you've finalized your building and payment option, we'll go over the order details, complete the paperwork, and collect any required down payment.

STEP 5: We Get to Work!

Your custom building goes into production! Once it's completed, our delivery team will contact you to arrange delivery.

And that's it! We'll help you through the process from the first question to the final setup.
