The property was significantly overgrown with vegetation, necessitating the initial removal of all bushes and trees surrounding the residence. This clearance allowed for a comprehensive assessment of the damage and the subsequent repairs required. Our evaluation revealed extensive work ahead, particularly with the chimney, which required complete rebuilding and reframing due to water damage. Additionally, the chimney cap, cover, and vents needed replacement. Numerous other repairs were identified throughout the house, many of which were attributed to the age of the home and the construction practices prevalent during its era. The pressure washing process spanned two days to ensure optimal surface preparation for painting. We undertook the replacement of the deck, re-screening of the porch area, and the installation of new electrical lighting and ceiling fans. Upon completion of all repairs, Sherwin-Williams Sherimax lifetime caulking was applied. The project concluded with the application of two coats of Sherwin Williams Superpaint to the walls, fascia, and soffit areas. Additionally, we enhanced the property's curb appeal by installing mulch and pine straw. We value our relationship with the Rivermist subdivision and its esteemed homeowners.
