What could approximately 500 square feet look like with thoughtful space planning?

This two-bedroom Tiny Mansion concept explores:

🛁 One centrally located bathroom
🍽️ An open kitchen and living area
🌿 Modern finishes with efficient use of space
📐 A layout designed for compact, comfortable living

This is an early space-planning concept—not a construction-ready or approved floor plan. The final footprint, layout, engineering, and permitting requirements will depend on the property and selected design.

The base proposal includes construction, a standard foundation, and the building permit. Site planning, septic, well, utility connections, appliances, furnishings, porches, and lofts are outside the base scope.
