Returning customer had a constant drip from their tub spout. Corrosion was building up on the existing tub spout and tub drain. We replaced the rubber seats, springs, O-rings and stainless steel ball valve to stop the constant dripping. We then replaced the tub spout and tub drain assembly. Thank you for having us back out!!

As a musician myself, this had to be my favorite project yet. A new customer had reached out regarding the installation of GIK Acoustics paneling. Upon meeting them, I was thrilled when I found out this was going in a soundproof home studio and a drummer as well. The customer worked with GIK for the proper placement and product selections and then I took the drawing and made it happen for them. Thank you so much for the drum talk and trusting us with this project!!

This driveway desperately needed a good power washing. We also removed a deck, brought in fresh soil, graded, seeded and topped off with wheat straw. The side yard also needed some topsoil against the foundation to shed the water away from the home. In the spring, we will be installing steps from the slider door. Thank you for your business!!

Returning customer wanted a kitchen backsplash and undercabinet lighting. We installed a dimmer switch for the island lights and added another dimmer switch for the new undercabinet lights. We installed the driver for the LED's inside a base cabinet and routed the low voltage wires though the basement and up inside the walls and made the connection to dimmable 24V diffused LED tape.
