Folks its time to get my schedule together for November and next year. Books are open. We do anything from window resealing to full blown package installation.

A/c replacement $250 plus cost of unit.
A/c resealing and cleaning top and bottom. $150
Water heater replacement $150 plus cost of unit
Windows resealed small $25 med $35 large $50
Roof patch or reseal starting at $500
Walk threw door $150 plus cost of door
Horse compartment camera $150 ($50 ea additional)
Plus cost of system.
Water damage floors ( depending on location and size of damage)
Water damage walls and or ceiling ( depending on size of trailer and area)
Insulation in horse compartment 2 horse $500 add
Add $200 for each additional stall.
Small overnighter package ( 16” SW) starting at
$4500
Large overnight packages (4’ SW) starts at $6500
No plumbing /with plumbing add$2000 no
No toilet or shower
Weekend package (8’ SW) starts at $8500 no

Full remodel (4’ SW) starts at $7500 and goes up

Also can repair anything inside LQ and minor repairs

Faucets countertops new flooring, too

5% deposit required to get on schedule. None
Refundable. But does come off final
Payment.
You dont bring your trailer until scheduled date.

We take cash, Venmo ($25 carge for over $1000)

96 sundowner 2 horse gooseneck. This trailer is very clean and straight. Has a custom built overnight package done by BarM rustics n more.

Has 30 amp rv hook up. 100 amp breaker box. 2 nose plugs to charge phone or laptop etc. quad plug on counter for microwave coffee machine. Etc. has one plug on lower wall for space heater. One plug up high for tv mount. And has 2 lights on the nose and one in ceiling (110 v) one ceiling light and one under cabinet light (12v) and also has accent lights ( purple to go with black better)

All exterior lights work. Will be replacing with LED.
Tires are in good condition. Has spare tire. Rhino lining on fenders and lower section. Horse compartment is clean and in amazing condition. Two tier back saddle compartment. With folding/removeable tack wall. Escape door. Fold down windows. New door holders. New screen on nose windows. I added custom curtains. And storage boxes for steps.

Has clear title!!
$12,500 If you want an ac add $1000 and i will install one for you.

This trailer will make a great run around overnighter. For high school or college rodeo participant. Can be pull by a regular 3/4 ton truck with ease.

Howdy friends and followers.

Some of my customers have been able to see it, but im 99% done with the little project trailer i have been working on to sell.

This is a unicorn folks. Sundowner 2 horse with a custom built overnight package exclusively done by BarM rustics n more .

This trailer is super clean and is in excellent condition. Everything is straight and clean. Even has rhino liner on the lower rails, fenders and under the neck. Clear n clean title.

This little unicorn will be an awesome starter trailer for any high school or college rodeo student. Or for anyone who wants to just go somewhere for a night or two.

LQ is completely insulated and has one 12v light for when you’re hooked up to the truck. Or has a 30 amp hookup for 110 v shore power or a generator. With plugs and lights on the nose. Quad plug on counter for a coffee maker or microwave or whatever. Has a high wall plug for a tv and low ground plug for a space heater. One upper cabinet and a larger cabinet under counter. Bench and steps. And check out the double shelves in the small corner by door. I also installed ceiling accent lights to add color. This little unicorn will make the perfect run around or weekend getaway trailer.

I will be posting a video and more information and pictures in the next day or so.

Well i been waiting for a couple weeks to be able to post this one. But its done and going home soon. 3 horse 4star that was flooded and totally water damaged. Completely tore down to the frame and studs( bad studs were replaced) from floor up. New pump, water heater, new electrical, new toilet, new countertops , sinks, faucets , new shower, recovered couch and new fridge. Turned out beautiful!!!
