Just completed a full swap out of a 30+ year old gas furnace with a BOSCH 97% high efficiency 2 stage gas furnace with a dual fuel heat pump using a BOSCH low ambient heat pump, with 100% heating capacity down to 5° and heating down to -13°

All new insulated ductwork as well for better comfort

Condenser is whisper quiet

Bosch 12 year parts warranty and lifetime heat exchanger warranty

Swapped out a 25 year old central AC in Winthrop with a high efficiency Inverter Heat Pump, capable of providing cooling and heating down to -13°

Existing unit and ductwork was in a very tight basement closet space but we were able to swap it out!

Fully communicating Inverter driven heat pumps provide efficient cooling and heating at many different speeds for year round constant comfort

Both units are whisper quiet

This unit was for the first floor of this home, we will be returning to perform the same swap out for the 2nd floor unit and then submit all Mass Save rebate paperwork on behalf of our customer for a whole home rebate of $8500

Just completed a 7 Zone Samsung Max Heat ductless mini split system in Winthrop.
Customer will receive a Mass Save Rebate, lower electrical rates from National Grid for the entire heating season as a new initiative for rebate customers, and a 12 years manufacturers warranty from Samsung.
