A little extra humidity, a little Shop magic✨

Since increasing the humidity at home, we’ve noticed new leaves unfurling, fresh growth points waking up, and larger leaves coming in—especially on our climbing plants. There’s something so satisfying about watching a plant actively grow: fresh color, leaves reaching outward, and something new to notice every day.

Take a peek through the photos to see the new growth in our own collection after just three weeks of use🌿

With the heat coming on and our homes getting drier, it felt like the perfect time to bring a few of these humidifiers into the Shop. We’ve loved having one tucked into our own little jungle, and its generous tank means less time spent refilling✨

You’ll find one misting away among the Shop greenery. Come take a wander and see what’s new—

A little weird. A little wonderful. Entirely worth a closer look. ✨

Tucked into our sunroom, our caudex plants bring sculptural shapes and plenty of personality. The kind of plants that make you stop mid-wander and ask, “What IS that?”

Do you have one in your collection—or is it still waiting on your wish list?

Let's grow fun plants✨🌿

Anyone else bring their plants inside and suddenly realize just how many plants they actually own? 😂🌿

It’s that time of year when our outdoor jungles come back inside, windowsills start disappearing, and we’re all trying to figure out where on earth everything is going to live.

Whether you’re making room with hanging planters, giving those climbing plants a little vertical space, refreshing your soil, or rethinking your lighting situation, we’re here for all your indoor jungle projects.

Come wander the Shop, find a little inspiration, and let’s make room for all that green. 💚

WE’RE HIRING🌿

Found Things Plant Shop is looking for the right person to join our team.

This is a part-time retail position, but we’re looking for someone who can make a big impact while they’re here.

Our ideal person has strong sales and customer service experience, natural leadership qualities, and the ability to multitask, take initiative, and work confidently and independently in a busy retail environment.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Is outgoing, warm, and genuinely enjoys working with people
• Has strong sales instincts and customer service skills
• Notices what needs to be done — and does it
• Can multitask, prioritize, and stay productive independently
• Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Has flexible availability
• Can occasionally be available 1–2 Mondays or Tuesdays per month to help with incoming shipments
• Is available throughout the holiday retail season

Plant knowledge is always a bonus, but we can teach plants. We’re much more interested in finding someone with the right work ethic, personality, confidence, and initiative.

Interested?

Email your résumé + current daily availability to [email protected]. Please also tell us a little about yourself and what you feel you could bring to the Found Things team.

We can’t wait to meet you🌿
