LVM Construction & Remodeling LLC We are here to help you with any repair, update, addition or site work on your property. I am not your typical "cookie cutter" contractor.

I am honest, personable, knowledgeable(but never done learning), great with helping you see the vision, and enjoy my projects (small and big). Have been mechanically inclined from a young age. In my teenage years, I was free manual labor for my father-in-law, while he was renovating around his house or rental properties. Really started getting into home repairs/upgrades in my twenties, when I originally started to setup my LLC. After joining Laborers Union Local #172, I realized the time was not available anymore, so I never completed the process. During my time in the union, I've learned A LOT of techniques that help in my projects. Even teach myself new stuff on the job on occasion. There are many correct ways to complete a lot of tasks, and I love to see and give kudos to other contractors work. As of now, it's just me on my jobs. I do have extra hand(s) as need per job tasks. Shoot me a message if interested in having some upgrades or adding a special touch to your home. Also have quite a bit of materials on hand that will help if you have a repair needing a timely response, and the other bigger/busier companies can not fit you in right away.

Recently completed this job and forgot to post!
Copper to pex in basement level. Original main trunk line was only 1/2", sized up to 3/4 to help with volume flow. Replaced rest of existing cast iron drain/vent pipe w/ new roof boot. Properly plumbed in kitchen sink drain that runs from opposite side of house so it stops building up sludge making it back up. Also installed new macerating toilet.
Oh, and it may not look like it, but we moved this portion wall 6" to allow the proper space needed to move washer and dryer in and out, without taking walls or appliances apart, lol

A lot of my customers become repeats, many friends, and some close to family. Im not at your house to just take your money. Im there to gain your trust, give you quality work and not make it weird while im working at your home.
That being said... I got news yesterday that a old union work colleague, an LVM customer, and a guy I consider a friend has been put in home hospice care. Hes had a rough 2026 and now his body is struggling to keep going.
I may not actively participate in church, but that does not mean I do not believe in faith, the power of prayer, and some of the other take homes.
If you could take a moment, and just send some positive vibes to him and his family to help them stay strong during this time.
Thank you for reading this, and I appreciate the support, as this has hit me off guard for sure.

Quartz replacement sink and replacement faucet!
We completed this kitchen 7yrs ago and still looks great!
Home owner had dropped her Dutch oven lid while washing about 1.5-2yrs ago. Quickly noticed some water in the bottom of cabinet, and we made it over to epoxy the crack to help it along for a little while longer. Well the wall mounted faucet gave out a few wks back, so time to replace both!
Both the same but new! This time the sink came with a mat for the bottom.

Complete exterior upgarde! New siding, facia, soffit, windows and entry doors!
This being our first complete siding removal/replacement, there were some learning points made, took longer then expected due to vendor miscommunication / repairs / trim work, BUT the quality never changed.
United dbl hung black/white windows, thermatru entry doors, Larson storm door, Untied black/white patio slider (replaced a double window), certainteed monogram 5" lap and 8" B+B.

BIG shout out to my son Devon, who literally probably installed 80% of the lap siding while I work on the detail work. So impressed and proud with the growth and confidence this job gave him!
