What looks like part of the wall is actually a concealed entrance—and on the other side, the primary suite unfolds.

Turn left → primary closet.

It used to be a bar. But they didn’t need another bar. They needed this. 🤍

During this full-home renovation, we kept coming back to one question: How do our clients actually want to live in this home?

This little space sits just off the family room, overlooking the pool and lake. The home already had a dedicated bar elsewhere, so instead of recreating something they didn’t need, we turned this one into something much more personal—a built-in book nook designed for slowing down, curling up and actually enjoying the view.

Custom cabinetry. Hidden storage. A ridiculously cozy seat. And one formerly underused corner that now feels like it was always supposed to be here.

Sometimes the best part of a renovation isn’t more space. It’s making the space you already have mean more.

They bought the house. Then we made it theirs. 🤍

Before our clients ever moved in, we had the opportunity to complete a full-home transformation—giving us the freedom to rethink the spaces, the finishes, and the way the home would feel from day one.

In the primary bath, warm wood cabinetry, soft stone, brass tones, a freestanding tub, and a floor-to-ceiling tiled steam shower created a space that feels calm, elevated, and completely personal.

There’s something pretty special about moving into a home that already feels like you.

A little room for the little years. 💕

One of our favorite spaces from this full-home renovation we completed earlier this year—and somehow, we haven’t shared it yet.

Each sister got a bedroom with its own personality and a fun wash of color, connected by a Jack-and-Jill bath designed just for them. Separate vanity areas give each girl a space of her own, while the shared tub brings the two sides together.

And while we absolutely leaned into the sweetness of this season—yes, give us all the pink—the permanent pieces were kept intentionally timeless. Classic white cabinetry. Warm brass details. A simple, beautifully textured tile. Finishes that can grow right along with them.

Because a child’s room should feel magical today without needing to be completely reinvented tomorrow.

Luxury isn’t always the room everyone sees.

Sometimes it’s the pantry that actually holds everything.
The laundry room with storage all the way to the ceiling.
The drawers exactly where you need them.
The countertop that gives you room to work.
The things that make a Wednesday morning run a little smoother.

These two hardworking spaces were part of a full-home renovation, and they’re a good reminder that some of the best design decisions aren’t the loudest ones.

A beautiful home should work beautifully, too.
