When the same struggle keeps showing up in your life, it may be a sign that God is inviting you to look a little deeper.

Step 1 of my Getting To The Root Process is **Identify the Root**.

Instead of only focusing on what keeps happening, ask yourself: What could be underneath this pattern? Is there a fear, belief, past wound, or habit that may be influencing the way I think, respond, or make decisions?

Sometimes we pray for change, but God may also be showing us something that needs to be addressed at the root.
