Deck’s gone. 🪚

City’s on site today. ✅
We just wrapped the demolition on this South Temecula / Redhawk deck — structure down, haul-off complete, site cleaned so the inspector can actually see the work, not a pile of boards.
This is the unglamorous part of the job. Nobody posts “we hauled 3 loads of rotten lumber.” That’s the part that keeps the final inspection from turning into a punch list.
Final walk-through with the city is today. If it passes, this one is closed.

Unpermitted deck. It had to come out. 📋

We pulled the City of Temecula permit, got the dumpster on site, and we’re finishing the demolition so this file can actually close. 🏗️🗑️

That’s the difference when code enforcement shows up — not a scramble. A plan, a permit, and the haul-off done. ✅
