What do you do when you don’t have outdoor sewer cleanouts? 🤔

We run into this quite a bit! While there are other ways to access your sewer line, having outdoor cleanouts installed makes future maintenance and sewer stoppages a whole lot easier.

A little preventative work now can save you a lot of headaches down the road.

Cooler weather has definitely made these dig days a whole lot more enjoyable! 💪

Here’s a couple sewer and water service replacements we’ve been getting put in.

A short run of gas pipe to a new Generac for ComfortCare Homes

If we experience a power outage this winter, they won’t have to worry about losing power.

We got this one installed and ready to go before the cold weather hits. We always say, it’s better to be proactive than reactive.

📍 Rosalia KS

We had the pleasure of installing another Heat Sheet radiant floor heat system this week after we wrapped up the sanitary drainage under slab.

This is such an awesome system with some great benefits. It’s always neat to see these systems come together and know the customer is going to enjoy some nice, comfortable heat from the floor.

📍 El Dorado KS

We recently completed the sewer service and water service on one of our new construction projects, and both have now been tied in.

These milestones typically signal that a project is nearing completion and that all the pieces are starting to come together. It’s exciting to see the project taking shape as we move closer to the finish line!

📍 El Dorado, KS

A customer called us after discovering they were losing approximately 800 gallons of water per day.

Less than 12 hours later, we were on site and ready to work. We installed roughly 180 feet of brand-new water service and added a new yard hydrant to make watering plants easier.

Plumbing emergencies can happen fast, and significant water leaks can’t always wait. We’re proud to provide quick, reliable service when our customers need us most.

Tea cups don’t belong in the toilet.

We have pulled all sorts of things out of toilets but this is a first, I would say this tea party got a bit out of hand.

If anyone else has small children who like to test the flush ability of their toys, let them know the plastic tea cups don’t flush! ☕️

We’re still replacing at least one of these every week, somehow lots of these have made it all summer before anyone has noticed.

We still have a ways before the cold weather, (maybe, we are in Kansas after all) but its never to early to think about protecting your home.

Check your spigots, if the pressure is low or if you have water pouring out between your siding and foundation, take a deeper look!
