Here is a custom versatex project we did for Golden-Fowler Home Furnishings.

We started by using our CNC machine to precisely cut each side of the columns, ensuring everything was shaped and sized to fit perfectly together. From there, we assembled the individual pieces to create these clean, finished columns!

Beautiful columns with a classic look that will last years with no maintenance!!

VERSATEX WEEK!!

If you haven't worked or heard about versatex before, you'll want to check out our posts this week!

SLAB SPOTLIGHT: CHERRY

A lot of people don't know, but Versatex has become one of our more popular products we have been working with the last couple years.

Sometimes the perfect piece starts with multiple boards and some glue. This glue-up is being carefully (and quickly) matched, clamped and left to dry to create one solid panel.

Glue-ups allow us to take individual boards and turn them into larger pieces for tabletops, countertops, benches, desks, and other custom projects.

The pictures below show a glue-up for a door being done and the door almost finished.
