This lakefront home has a stunning vaulted living room with walls of windows, but on bright days the sun poured in, bringing heat and glare. And with windows that high, there was no easy way to control it.

Most people are surprised when they learn that not all window film is installed on the inside of the glass. For this commercial parking garage, we chose 3M Silver Exterior 15 because it was the right solution for the building. 
 
Unlike most residential and commercial films that are installed on the interior, this product is engineered specifically for exterior applications. That allows it to help reduce solar heat, cut glare, and improve comfort inside. Every building has different glass, different exposure to the sun, and different performance goals.
