Don't forget to service your generator!

We Installed this system earlier in the year & are back to provide routine maintenance.

Generac recommends changing the oil at minimum once a year or every 200 hours of run time.

We offer standard generator service @ $225.

That includes:

New Oil Filter, New Air Filter, New Spark Plugs, New Full Synthetic Oil.

Currently rely on customers reaching out to us to schedule maintenance.

Very soon we will be putting together a customer list & service agreement where we will add you to our list & then service your generator at minimum once a year.

Often we find that customers are getting their generators installed and then not getting them serviced.

Once you have a generator installed you have to service them within the 1st 25 hours of runtime. This is the initial service and it seems people are skipping this.

We finished up a job earlier this week in the prison system that we weren't allowed to take pictures of.

Thanks to Walt Davis @ Industrial Engineering Inc. For hiring us for their electrical & plumbing needs on this project.

We worked off & on over the last 9 weeks helping to install a new commercial kitchen setup.

We dug & installed a 500 gallon grease trap. Installed the plumbing waste, vent, & supply lines for 2 commercial sinks w/ floor drains. We ran gas lines for 7 pieces of equipment. We installed a 400 amp 3 phase panel along with a 200 amp single phase panel. Ran emt conduit & pulled wire for a dozen new circuits. Hooked up power to multi intake and exhsust fans for multiple vent hood systems. Helped hookup 4 ranges, 2 ovens, & a tankless water heater.

The project is now completed & we hope they have good use out of this new space.

The prison staff will be using the new commercial kitchen to teach the inmates how to cook!

Spent a couple hours today hooking up some sinks & reviewing our trim out punch list.

Love this little garage \ apartment cabin!

This has been a long term project that we stop back to every so often. Minus the tile work on the bathroom shower..... we are pretty close to 100% completion.

We are starting a Radon Mitigation job today on this new construction house.

We will be running a 3" schedule 40 PVC vent system featuring an AMG Festa Maverick Fan.

We will be encapsulating the crawlspace with a 10mil v***r barrier & sealing everything air tight.

The fan will go in the attic, and we are running a dedicated circuit back to the electrical panel.
