At 1492 Coachworks, we use finely stranded marine cable for our coaches’ 120-volt wiring with road vibration and long-term durability in mind.

Watch Aaron explain why we invest in the details behind the walls, from the wiring we choose to making room for nearly 3 inches of spray foam insulation in the sidewalls.

Quality controlled from the start.

Our in-house design and fabrication capabilities give us direct control over many of the components used to build each coach—from the fully welded aluminum frame to the custom cabinetry and hand-stitched furniture.

We count on them for paint products, and today they showed up with lunch on the menu, too. We appreciate the time and effort their crew put into cooking for everyone at the shop.
