Looking for: General Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a reliable individual for apartment maintenance work (no residential homes).

Our company was founded in August 2025 and comes from a strong property management and maintenance background. We currently work with property management companies and are continuing to expand.

Work Includes:

General apartment maintenance
Painting and touch-ups
Flooring (carpet, vinyl, LVP)
Cabinet and countertop installation
Unit cleaning and turnovers
Misc. repairs and larger requests (item removal, etc.)

Details:

Flexible scheduling
Pay per job (based on scope of work)
Work in Warsaw / Columbia City and Kendallville / Auburn/ Topeka / Ligonier / Cromwell

Requirements:

Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently
Experience in multiple trades preferred
Own tools strongly preferred
Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional

We’re looking for a reliable independent contractor for apartment drywall and painting work (no residential homes).

Our company was founded in August 2025 and comes from a strong property management and maintenance background. We currently serve three property management companies and are expanding.

Work Includes:

Drywall repair (patching, hole repair, seam work)

Texture matching

Full unit repaints and touch-ups

Turnover painting

Details:

1099 independent contractor position

Flexible scheduling

Pay per job (based on scope of work)

Requirements:

Reliable transportation

Own tools preferred (not a deal-breaker)

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Quality workmanship and clean job sites
