Great info on proper watering.

Shallow watering creates shallow roots, leaving plants more vulnerable to our desert heat.💦☀

Instead, water deeply:
✔️ Shrubs: 2 feet
✔️ Perennials & groundcovers: 18 inches

Check your watering depth with a soil probe or a piece of rebar. You may be surprised that it takes around 2 hours of irrigation to get water where your plants really need it.

Have you ever checked how deeply your irrigation is watering? Tell me "Yes" or "No" below!
