We’re hiring for winter — and we’re looking for great people across the Twin Cities and Southern Minnesota.

Our Savage branch is our Twin Cities hub, but our work is spread all over the metro. You do not need to live in Savage to be a fit. If you’re anywhere around the Cities and interested in snow work, come meet the team in person or apply online.

The same goes for our Owatonna branch. We have sites throughout Owatonna, Albert Lea, Blooming Prairie, Faribault, and surrounding areas, so we’re looking for people across Southern Minnesota.

We’re hiring:
-Field Supervisors
-Equipment Operators
-Sidewalk Crew leads & Shovelers
$25–$45/Hr. depending on role and experience

Are you reliable, hardworking, and ready to take the next step in your landscaping career?
We're looking for a Lawn Care Laborer and Lead Hand to join our growing team in the MN Twin Cities. This is a hands-on role where you'll work with the crew while helping maintain productivity, quality, and training for newer team members.

✅ What You'll Do

Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
Assist with daily route efficiency and job flow
Support crew leadership and team productivity
Train and mentor new employees
Perform landscape maintenance and seasonal cleanups
Maintain safe, professional job sites

✅ What We're Looking For

Dependable and punctual
Lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor work experience preferred
Comfortable operating lawn equipment
Ability to work outdoors and lift 50–60 lbs
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
18+ years old
Able to qualify for a DOT medical card
Self-motivated with leadership potential

🕒 Schedule

Start time: 7:00 AM
Typical end time: Around 5:00 PM
Monday–Saturday based on weather and workload
Peak season hours may range from 6–12 hours per day
