The interior amenity spaces balance new life with historic character. Original terrazzo tile was carefully preserved, allowing the craftsmanship of the past to remain a defining element within spaces designed for today’s community.

Our client has a true appreciation for historic architecture and talent for discovering properties with character and history. Their vision emphasizes preserving the past while creating spaces that strengthen community.

This building is full of beautiful original architectural details that make it the perfect candidate for thoughtful revitalization.

Nearly a century of history and a new chapter begins.

Originally built in the 1920's as The Rainbow Hotel, named after the local slogan “Rainbow’s End: San Angelo” (Texas), the building later became The Roosevelt Hotel in the 1930's.

Today the historic structure is reimagined as The Roosevelt Lofts.

Collective was honored to be part of the design helping shape the next chapter of this century-old landmark.
