Apologies for how long it took us to do this, but after many requests for it, we’re finally sharing the recipes for our potting mixes. You may be able to buy them from us anymore, but that doesn’t mean you can’t mix up a batch of your own Folia Favorite, Thirsty Tropicals, or Desert potting mix!
If you’ve never made your own potting mix before, all of the components should be available from your local garden center. The ratio of components is listed as ‘parts’ which means that depending on how much mix you want to make, you can pick a unit of measurement like 1 cup; then use the ratios to tell you how many cups of each component you need to use.
