Great teachers inspire their students in ways that go far beyond the classroom!

This week, we're celebrating Ms. Racheal Battles, a middle school science teacher at Mobile County Training School! 💙

Whether she's helping students understand a challenging lesson, cheering them on outside the classroom, or encouraging them to reach their full potential, Ms. Battles puts her heart into what she does.

Her Golden Apple surprise was made even sweeter with her family there to celebrate the moment!

Another great morning with Team Hembree! 💙

We kicked off our monthly All-Staff Meeting with breakfast, celebrated our Employee of the Month and October birthdays, and recognized some big wins from last month! 🎉👏

We also took time to reflect on what’s going well, where we can improve, and how we can continue raising the bar for our customers.

It’s always good to get the whole team together, celebrate our people, and keep working toward being better every day!

Sharing ideas, learning from each other, and growing together! 💙🐻‍❄️

Yesterday, we hosted some special guests from Hagerstown Heating & Cooling in Maryland and Advantage Heating & Air in Indiana!

We spent the day sharing ideas, discussing best practices, and giving our guests a behind-the-scenes look at how our team operates.

We believe that growth comes from collaboration, continuous learning, and surrounding ourselves with people who inspire us to be better.

It’s always great to connect with others in the HVAC industry, share experiences, and walk away with new ideas and perspectives. Thanks for spending the day with us!

Sometimes, the biggest impact a teacher makes is simply helping a child feel like they belong.

This week's Golden Apple Award winner, Mrs. Mandy Montee of Spanish Fort Elementary School, does exactly that!

Nominated by one of her former students and her principal, Mrs. Montee is known for making learning fun and creating a classroom where every student feels loved, supported, and included 💙

Her former student, Emmy Hunt, shared how nervous she was about starting third grade and how Mrs. Montee helped turn it into a wonderful year. What a special reminder of the difference one teacher can make!

Our team attended ServiceTitan Pantheon 2026 in Orlando, Florida! 💙

The conference brought together professionals from across the trades to share experiences, learn from industry leaders, and explore new technologies and innovations shaping the future of the industry.

Through keynote presentations, educational sessions, and conversations with fellow contractors, our team had the opportunity to gain valuable insights and explore new ways to improve our operations and better serve our customers.

At Hembree, we believe there’s always something new to learn and room to grow. Staying informed, embracing innovation, and continuously improving are all part of our commitment to providing the best possible service to our customers!

Learning looks a little different in Mrs. Emily Rankin’s classroom!

From dressing up in costumes to bring stories to life to planning creative activities that make lessons fun, Mrs. Rankin goes the extra mile to keep her third graders excited about learning.

But what makes her story even more special is the way she shows up for her students outside the classroom, too. When one of her students was going through leukemia treatment, she found ways to keep him involved with his class and learning along the way 💙

Congratulations to Mrs. Emily Rankin of Mathis Elementary School on her Golden Apple Award! 👏

As the head of Baldwin Prep’s automotive program, Mr. Schuler is helping students turn what they learn in the classroom into real-world skills and careers. His students say he goes above and beyond to prepare them for success in the industry 💙

It’s very special to see a teacher’s impact continue beyond the classroom and into his students’ futures.

Congratulations to this week’s Golden Apple Award winner, Amanda Moss of United Cerebral Palsy Preschool! 👏

Amanda’s impact on her students goes far beyond the classroom. From creating personalized learning tools to finding little ways to make her students feel seen and loved, the care she puts into what she does truly shows 💙

Stories like this are a beautiful reminder of just how much one teacher can mean to a child and their family.
