What started out as a hobby turned into my passion! I love helping people create that "perfect some Sublimation tumbler turnaround time is 3 days.

My Crystalac tumbler turnaround time is approximately 2-4 weeks. I will send an invoice to your email address. It comes via Venmo or WAVE but you don’t have to have a Venmo or WAVE account to be able to pay it. Once it’s paid, I get a notification and then I add your cup to my queue line. I strive to have excellent customer service and I like people to have peace of mind when ordering things from me. Once it comes time for me to start on your cup I send photos/mock-ups for your approval to make sure you’re 100% happy with the way it will look when completed. Keep in mind colors on your computer screen may look different than the color in person for several reasons - 1. The hardware on the motherboard 2. Graphics/Video cards 3. Your monitor 4. The web browser you're using. In short, if you would prefer to meet in person to go over color options I would be happy to bring the colors to you! Two reasons I require payment upfront is 1) because I don’t generally keep cups in stock and I order them as needed, so I need to order your cup. 2) it’s custom work and hard to resell if you were to change your mind. Thank you so so much for choosing me to make your cup, it truly means so much to a small business like mine! Turn around time for cups is approximately 2-4 weeks (with the exception of sublimation tumblers). This depends on how many orders I have ahead of yours in my queue and if your order involves glitter or the use of Crystalac. Crystalac, the product I use to coat my tumblers, takes many more applications than epoxy (especially if there is glitter). This product is non hazardous and non toxic. It is completely safe to use - even indoors. No mixing or toxic fumes are released. I prefer to deliver a smooth product to you, so this may cause a longer turn around time. T shirt, Keychain and Phone Grip turn around times are approximately 1 week. Wholesale purchases receive a custom turnaround time depending on amount of product ordered. I begin working on an order only when full payment is received. There are no changes, returns or cancellations accepted once payment is received as well. Crystalac made products such as cups, keychains and phone grips:
While Crystalac is reasonably durable, if dropped, slammed or placed with force against a hard surface- your product will crack. Please handle these products with care, they are fragile and will break or crack if handled roughly or thrown. Do not place your Crystalac made products in the dishwasher, soak in water, keep in extreme heated conditions or place in direct sunlight for an extended period of time. Please hand wash only! Use a soft sponge, as rougher scrub brushes may scratch the surface. Lastly, do not place your product in the microwave. Stainless steel nor Crystalac are microwave safe. T-shirt care:
Turn garment inside out. Machine wash cold with a mild detergent only, tumble dry LOW or hang dry.

**THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS**

Thank you so much for your business!”
