Looking for a partner — masonry and window installation
Hi, my name is Greg.
I run a company that manufactures and installs custom window well covers. Over the past few months, several of our customers have asked whether we also do masonry work or basement window installation and replacement. We don't — so those requests go nowhere.
I'm posting this because we want to build a lasting partnership with a company whose portfolio includes:
1. Window installation and replacement
2. Masonry work
The arrangement is simple. We send you our customers, you send us yours. Fabrication and installation of window well covers stays with us. No referral fees, in either direction.
In return we expect the same — that while doing your own work, you put in a good word for our product where it makes sense.
What we're looking for, and what we're not:
1. If you're a company just starting out with no established portfolio, this isn't going to work.
2. If you're looking for a way to fill your calendar, this isn't for you either. We're looking for an established, stable company that can add a few extra projects to what it's already doing.
3. We give the customer a contact for a company we trust and work with. Whether they choose your quote and pay for the work is on you, not on us.
4. Realistic volume is 1–8 additional jobs per month.
5. This works both ways. If we're sending you contacts and nothing comes back, we stop.
6. If a customer comes back to us with a bad review of your work, the partnership ends.
We want to build something that grows organically and stands on a good reputation on both sides.
We work primarily in NY, and also take projects in NJ and PA.
