Before Hurricane Isaias rolled in, we boarded up the shop in Valparaiso and decided to ride it out together. 🌀

It turned into a long night. When the winds picked up, a neighbor's standby generator caught fire, and our team was there with extinguishers and a hose to knock it down before it spread to the house. After that, the chainsaws came out.

We do HVAC, but first and foremost we're neighbors. When something goes wrong in this community, we'll show up, whatever time it is.

⚠️ Running a generator after the storm? Keep it outside, away from windows and doors, and never refuel it while it's hot. If your AC or generator isn't acting right, give us a call before you push it.

Air Medics rode out Hurricane Isaias right here in Valparaiso. 🌀

Our team spent the night at the shop through the storm, and they didn't sit still. When a neighbor's generator caught fire, they jumped in and put it out. Then they grabbed chainsaws and worked with local police to clear downed trees so the roads could open back up.

This is our community too. We're proud of this team and grateful to the first responders who were out there all night.

Today, Air Medics HVAC pauses to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the incredible courage of the firefighters, police officers, first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who ran toward danger to help others.

25 years later, we remember their sacrifice, their bravery, and the way our nation stood together as one.

May we never forget those we lost.
May we always honor those who served.
