Back to back matching bathrooms! This customer hired me to remodel the shower in the rental side of this duplex. They liked how it came out and had me do 2 more showers in their side as well.

Another bathroom completed!!
I forgot to take a before picture this time, but it was very dark and closed in feeling. This white subway tile and vanity really brightened it up.
The soaking tub was a huge upgrade from the original cast iron tub too!

Wow, this came out fantastic.
This customer unfortunately had a pipe leak in the wall. It caused the subfloor to rot beneath.

Ripped it all out and replaced the subfloor and used PEX to replace the copper plumbing.

Finished it all off with 2x4' tile and a hexagon for the floor.

Glass will be installed on the knee wall with a multi directional door.

What a difference!! This corner shower was leaking, improperly pitched and felt small. After taking out a wall it feels much bigger and brighter.

If you didn't know we install artificial grass, now you do!!

This customer had another company do the initial install. Is was poorly done with seams all over, wrong installation materials, covered sprinklers, and mixed directions on the grain.
We replaced it with Bermuda by FusionTurf . Managed 2 small seams for the whole project. Just needs the finishing landscape touches now.

Look at that soaking tub 🤩!!! This bathroom has undergone a significant renovation, transforming it from its original 80's style. A new tub, Bidets from BidetKing.com tankless toilet, floating vanity, and all new KOHLER fixtures, including the in-wall sink faucet (waiting on vanity top installation), have been installed.
