Help needed!

There is a lot going on at DBO and we are looking for some part time help (2-10 hours/wk) with evening and/or weekend hours! Schedule can be flexible- perfect for students or anyone looking for a bit of side-gig work. Anyone who lives in close proximity to the greenhouse (Villa Park, IL) and is interested in working with our existing crew, please email [email protected] with your information and we can provide more details about the position; basic tasks include general plant care, repotting, pulling + packing orders, show prep staging, etc.

Minimum requirements:
-Must be 16 years or older and be eligible to work in the United States.
-Must be able to work in all Greenhouse conditions including wet, humid, dusty, dirty, and extreme hot/cold temperatures.
-Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds,
-Must be able to stand/walk for intervals of 3-4 hours throughout a 5-10+hour shift, if necessary
-Must be able to work as a part of a team and communicate in a timely and respectful manner when speaking to clients, other greenhouse teams, managers, and coworkers.
-Reliable transportation/attendance
