We had a few people reach out who just needed a little extra time to get everything sorted and ready for us, so we’re adding another junk hauling day this Monday! 💪

If you have junk, unwanted furniture, appliances, garage cleanout stuff, construction debris, or anything else you need gone, send us a picture of what you have and we’ll get you a quick price!

Today’s project: Remove a porch that had officially decided it was done being a porch.

Was it fun? Absolutely not.

Did we get it torn out, cleaned up, and hauled away? You bet.

The good news is the rotten porch is gone and the space is ready for something new. Next week we’ll meet with the homeowner and go over a few different ideas for what he’d like to do with the space.

One less rotten porch standing in the world. We’ll call that a win. 😂🔨

Sometimes a small problem is a sign of a much bigger one.
We recently got a call to rehang a section of gutter that had pulled away from the business. We knew there was some fascia board damage going in, but once we removed the gutter, we found the damage was much more extensive than anyone expected.

What looked like about 4 feet of separated gutter turned into replacing 30 feet of rotten fascia board. We also had to do some framing repairs to bring everything back out where it needed to be before installing the new fascia and rehanging the gutter.

The good news? The business owner called before the problem got even worse. What started as a simple inspection ended up preventing much more expensive repairs down the road.
If your gutters are pulling away from your home, don't ignore them. It could be a sign of hidden rot or water damage that's only going to get worse with time.
