Lead Teach Inspire Network

LTI is growing, and the mission continues! 👑

Starting this November, Lead Teach Inspire Network is bringing youth mentorship programs back to Virginia Beach Middle School, adding Bayside High School, and Heritage Church in Virginia Beach.

Through real conversations, leadership lessons, games, and hands-on activities, we’re helping young people build discipline, accountability, confidence, and life skills.

Thankful for every opportunity to pour into the next generation. Let’s build leaders together.

I started Lead Teach Inspire with an idea, a purpose, and a desire to make a difference. Now I look around and see how much it has grown—the young people, the men, the partnerships, the programs, and the opportunities—and I’m truly thankful.

What started as a vision is becoming something real.

Still growing. Still learning. Still building.

📣 Looking for male mentors in the Hampton Roads area, especially Virginia Beach!

Lead Teach Inspire Network (LTI) is looking for dependable men who are good with kids, have flexible schedules, and can dedicate a few hours each week to our youth mentorship programs.

You don’t need to have all the answers. A willingness to listen, share your experiences, and show up consistently can make a real difference.

Help young people build confidence, develop life skills, and explore their future.

Interested? Send me a message to learn more. Know someone who would be a great mentor? Tag them or share this post!

🚨 TRAFFIC STOPS 101 🚨

LTI Network is bringing kids, parents, and law enforcement together for one goal: bridging the gap between our community and police through real conversation and real awareness.

We’re covering the 7 rules for a safe traffic stop, answering families’ real questions, and giving everyone a plan instead of fear.

This is just the start. LTI Network is building an ongoing Community Safety and Awareness series — and we want to bring it to more cities and more groups.

Want Traffic Stops 101 in your city or with your group next? Comment below or send us a message.

Share this with a parent or a new driver — someone in your circle needs it.
