We at Aerodyne Insulation are proud to have completed 2 inches of closed cell foam insulation for Substation Inc at their first Texas location in Waco.

This steel substation building now has added strength, energy efficiency, and long term protection thanks to high performance spray foam. We are grateful to be part of projects that support critical infrastructure and continued growth in our community!

Aerodyne recently completed a large spray foam insulation project for the Elk Volunteer Fire Department in Axtell, Texas.

Our team fully enclosed the entire fire station with 2” of closed-cell spray foam, improving energy efficiency, durability, and year-round comfort for the firefighters who serve this community every day.

To ensure a smooth and safe install, our crew:

· Carefully moved all equipment, tools, and furnishings out of the station

· Completed the full insulation scope

· Then moved everything back in and reset the space once the job was done

We were proud to donate over $10,000 in labor and materials to this project — because at Aerodyne, supporting our first responder heroes isn’t optional, it’s who we are.
