Oh, we’re turning up the Lu Jax personality on this one! 😂🔥 A little sass, a little humor, lots of gratitude, and some serious bragging rights for that food!

💗👩🏽‍🍳 IN THE COMPANY OF WOMEN… BABY, WHAT A NIGHT! 🔥✨

Whew! Where do we even begin?! Let's just say LU JAX CATERING SHOWED UP AND SHOWED OUT! 💃🏽👏🏽

What an amazing evening surrounded by phenomenal women entrepreneurs doing BIG things! The room was filled with love, laughter, inspiration, sisterhood, and some serious BOSS ENERGY! 👑💕

First, a HUGE thank you to ECDI Women’s Business Centers of Ohio for trusting Lu Jax Catering with this year's VIP culinary experience! We don't take opportunities like this lightly, and we were honored to bring our flavor to such an incredible event!

Now, y'all know I can't leave without talking about this FOOD! 😂🔥

🥚 Those Soulote Deviled Eggs?! BABYYYY! They came, they saw, and they CONQUERED! The people have spoken, and these little eggs understood the assignment! 👏🏽

🧀 The Mini Cheese Balls?! Oh, they weren't playing either! Small but MIGHTY! Definitely the next winner up! 🏆

🥬 That Collard Green Gumbo?! Listen… after all the buzz, we HAD to bring it back! But this time, we made sure EVERYBODY could get a taste! From our traditional gumbo loaded with flavor and shrimp to our Vegan Collard Green Gumbo, which is quickly becoming a fan favorite! 🌱🔥

🌽 BUT HOLD ON… CAN WE TALK ABOUT THAT CORNBREAD?! 😂🙌🏽

Because at this point, that infamous LU JAX CORNBREAD needs its own booking contract, business cards, and appearance fee! 🤣🤣

It didn't come to play… it came to STEAL THE SHOW! 💛👑

All jokes aside, nights like this remind us why we love what we do. It's bigger than the food. It's the connections, the conversations, the smiles, and the opportunity to share our passion with others.

To everyone who stopped by, showed love, shared a compliment, or came back for another bite (YES, WE SAW YOU! 👀😂), THANK YOU!

And to all the incredible women entrepreneurs we had the pleasure of vending alongside, KEEP SHINING! There's room for ALL of us to WIN! 💗👑
