🎉 Please join us in welcoming Troy to the NorthStar Builds team!
We’re excited to announce that Troy has joined NorthStar Builds as our new Construction Manager!
A Wausau native, Troy brings approximately 20 years of experience in the construction trades to NorthStar. His favorite projects are new builds—starting with a bare lot and watching everything come together, from the foundation to the final walkthrough, with every trade contributing along the way. For Troy, the most rewarding moment is handing the keys to a family and welcoming them into their completed home.
As Construction Manager, Troy is excited to lead our team and help families recover from some of their most difficult days by rebuilding their homes. He has also served as a volunteer firefighter for 12 years, giving him firsthand experience with the damage caused by fires and other emergencies. Now, he gets to be part of putting those homes—and lives—back together.
Outside of work, Troy enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and their two boys, usually riding the UTV trails. His favorite thing about Wisconsin is experiencing all four seasons, with each one bringing new opportunities to get outside and enjoy everything our state has to offer.
We’re excited about the experience, leadership and perspective Troy brings to our team and even more excited about what lies ahead for NorthStar Builds.
Welcome aboard, Troy! We’re glad to have you on Team NorthStar! ⭐

🎉 Please join us in welcoming Cody to the NorthStar Builds team!

Born in Wausau and raised in the Kronenwetter area, Cody brings a wide range of construction, manufacturing, management and project-management experience to NorthStar Builds.
Cody loves demolition and planning, followed by the final walkthrough—His favorite part of construction is when he gets to see and hear the client’s reaction to the finished project.
As NorthStar Builds continues to grow, Cody is excited to bring his knowledge and experience to our team while helping us expand our capabilities and serve even more customers.
Outside of work, he enjoys camping, traveling with his family, bow hunting and cheering on his children at their school and sporting events. He’s also a self-described aviation nerd with a passion for planes, rockets and space—and he hopes to earn his private pilot’s license someday.
His favorite thing about Wisconsin is experiencing all four seasons, especially fall and the changing colors.

We’re excited about the experience and personality Cody brings to our team and even more excited about what lies ahead for NorthStar Builds.

Welcome aboard, Cody! We’re glad to have you on Team NorthStar! ⭐
