A huge thank you to the Waynesville Police Department 🚔💙

🚨 SHOUTOUT TO OUR LOCAL POLICE! 🚔🤎

Well… today at Copper Cowgirl was a little more exciting than I had planned. 😂

A lady came into the shop this morning and apparently decided she liked our merchandise a little too much… because she started stuffing her bag with it. 🤦‍♀️😂

I called her out and gave her the opportunity to simply hand the merchandise back and we could all go about our day without involving the police. She chose… not to take that opportunity. Instead, she decided to RUN. 🏃‍♀️💨

So, I called the police and let me tell you, they did not waste any time! They were at the shop in less than 5 minutes, caught her, and had ALL of our merchandise back within about 15 minutes of my call. 👏

Talk about “shoplifting prevention with a side of cardio.” 😂

But seriously, a HUGE thank you to our local police department for being so incredibly fast, responsive and professional. As a small business owner, knowing that we have officers who show up that quickly when we need them means SO much. ❤️

We appreciate you more than you know! 👮‍♂️🇺🇸

🍂 CLOSED TODAY BUT FALL IS HAPPENING BEHIND THE SCENES! 🍂

We may be closed today, but we are hard at work making ALL the yummy fall wax melt scents! 🧡And I’m so excited because our fall line will be hitting the floors THIS WEEK! 🍁🎃

Here’s what we’ve been cooking up:

🍂 Fallen Leaves
🎃 Pumpkin Caramel Crunch
🍎 Pomegranate C***r
🤎 Almond Macaron
🧸 Cashmere Pumpkin
🍎 Cranberry + Apple
✨ Spiced Cinnamon + Vanilla

And one of my favorite things about our wax melts? We make every single one ourselves right here! 🥰 It’s actually something my kids help me with, which makes these even more special to me. ❤️

So if you find a scent you get completely HOOKED on (because trust me… it happens 😂), don’t worry, the name and scent will stay the same, but the color may change from batch to batch!

Why? Because my kids help pick the colors! 🌈😂 So every batch is just a little bit unique and made with a whole lot of love.

🍂 Fall is coming to Copper Cowgirl, and I CAN’T WAIT for you guys to smell these! 🍁🧡

We’ll see you back in the store this week!

🎃✨ THIS OR THAT?! ✨🎃

As we slowly start transitioning into fall 🍂 I’ve been working on all things fall + Halloween decor to bring down to the shop! 🖤👻

So I need YOUR opinion! 👀 Which one would you pick?

🖤 A — “Things are a little batty around here”
🎃 B — “If zombies chase us, I’m tripping you. Nothing personal.” 💀

And don’t worry… there are SO many more spooky & cozy goodies coming soon! 🧡🍂
