Well he was cheaper bduhh 👍

😂⚡ WHEN YOU HIRE THE CHEAPER GUY… AND HE PULLS UP LIKE THIS. 🪜😳

“Don’t worry, boss… the ductwork will hold me.” 💀😂

Saving a few bucks isn’t worth somebody taking a shortcut with their life. Proper access equipment, proper setup, proper safety — EVERY TIME. 👷‍♂️⚡

But here’s the real question… 👀
If something goes wrong here, who’s at fault — the landlord/property owner, the contractor, or both? 🤔👇

Good morning everyone. Just a message to prospective customers, I will no longer be installing ceiling fans until October unless it is a straight swap from an existing fan that has the proper mounting hardware installed in the attic. The reason is the summer heat and that kind of work can require at least an hour in an attic that reach up to 140 degrees.
Come October I’m happy to continue attic work for everyone. Thank you and have a happy fourth.

Sun naps! Damn near had one today. Took a shower with a garden hose and cleared it up pretty good.

I’ve ran into an interesting issue. If your house has had a lightning strike and it caused one or two afci breakers to go bad, it’s worth it to just replace every one of them. I replaced 2 after a lightning strike, then 2 more died 2 weeks later. They’re very sensitive and it’s like once they take one hard hit it’s only a matter of time.

Correctly installing light fixtures matters for both safety and longevity, and fixing work that wasn’t properly secured helps prevent damage, hazards, and repeat issues down the line.
