A pool remodel doesn’t stop at the waterline.
This equipment pad had seen years of repairs, replacements and additions. Everything worked its way into the space over time. Old Equipment, aging plumbing, valves everywhere, and very little room left to work.
So while the rest of this project was being transformed, we rebuilt the equipment side too.
New equipment.
New plumbing.
New automation.
Cleaner valve layout.
Better access for future service.
And a pad that finally matches the investment being made on the other side of the fence.
The finished pool is what everyone sees — but a lot of the work that determines how that pool operates for the next 10–15 years happens right here.
