In an era that often prioritizes academic degrees over practical skills, the message of respect for trade schools is more important than ever. Trade schools for plumbing, electrical work, and culinary arts offer a path to success that is often overlooked. These professions, though not always celebrated, are essential to the functioning of society. They provide individuals with the skills needed to contribute meaningfully to the economy and to their communities.

There is an inherent value in work that is hands-on, that doesn’t rely on theory but on tangible skills. Trade schools, which focus on practical knowledge, often lead to more direct career paths, offering financial stability and job security. It’s time to recognize the value of these trades and give them the respect they deserve.

In Holmes' mind, this is a matter of logic: we need both thinkers and doers to maintain a functioning society. Trade schools provide the foundation for a workforce that keeps the gears of the world turning. It’s time we acknowledge that intellectual work and manual labor are equally valuable, each contributing to the whole. 🔧💡
