my new fav dinner obsession🧡 carrot button noodle recipe below👇🥕✨ these were so fun to make and the texture is sooo good for the noodles: 400g carrots, peeled + sliced 200–250g glutinous rice flour for the sauce: 1 tsp chilli flakes (I used Korean) 2 tbsp neutral oil, heated until hot 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp vinegar (rice vinegar works too) optional 2 spring onions, sliced optional x2 cloves garlic finely chopped boil the carrots in salted water until completely soft, then drain and mash or blend until smooth. while the carrot is still warm, mix in 200g of the glutinous rice flour. gradually add more if needed until you have a smooth dough that isn’t sticky. if it feels too dry, add a little hot water. roll the dough into small balls and press your finger or knuckle into the middle of each one to make the little button shape🥹 boil for around 3 minutes, or remove them about 30 seconds after they float to the top. add to a bowl with the garlic, spring onion and chilli flakes. pour over the hot oil, then add the soy sauce and vinegar and mix everything together. serve straight away 🤍 recipe inspired by eatsbymills

the crunch on this is ridiculous🤍 healthy chocolate cereal recipe: 1/4 cup cocoa powder 5 rice cakes 2 tbsp maple syrup sweetener to taste Break up the rice cakes into chunky pieces and add to a bowl. Add the cocoa powder, sweetener and maple syrup, then mix until everything is evenly coated. Spread onto a baking paper-lined tray and bake at 190°C for 18–20 minutes until crispy and crunchy. Add to a bowl and top however you like. I used blueberries and milk, but any milk and toppings work. Enjoy the crunch 🤍
