Behind every beautiful finish is a solid foundation. 🛠️

Swipe to see how we transformed this space over the last 2 weeks ➡️

We didn’t just lay down pretty wood—we tore out the old floors, prep/repaired the subfloor to perfection, and custom site-finished 3-1/4” Select & Better Red Oak. To top it off, we matched the open-concept pine stairs and added clean, modern 5” baseboards throughout.

This is only 1/3 of the total project, so stay tuned for the rest! A massive thank you to our awesome clients for trusting the process. 🏠

The Miracle Difference = Pure Peace of Mind. 🙌
What happens when you apply a water-based finish over an oil-modified stain before it’s fully dry? Swipe to see—it peels off with zero effort. 🤦‍♂️

The previous contractor tried to blame this disaster on the homeowner’s dogs. It took over a year in the legal system for this customer to get the compensation they deserved.

We finally stepped in to right the wrongs, fix the mess, and deliver the true Miracle quality finish they paid for in the first place. 🛠️✨

9 inches of engineered oak meets the gold standard of adhesive application. 🛠️ There is nothing more satisfying than watching a floor come together when you have the right gear. We’re using the Wakol Applicator 90 to ensure a perfect, consistent spread for this full glue-down install. No voids, no mess, just a rock-solid foundation.

Leveling up (literally). 📈 You can’t put a high-end floor on a low-end foundation. Prepping the canvas for some 9” wide luxury. Here’s how we did it.
