A little bit of everything moving right now — from the ground up to the finishing touches.

🏠 New Construction: Slab poured for a new single-family home and ready for the next phase.

🏢 Commercial Tile: Our niche toppers finally came in, allowing us to keep pushing production on our large-scale commercial project. We’ve been knocking out bathroom and shower surrounds consistently and keeping the project moving on schedule.

🚿 Finished Tile Work: Another shower wrapped up, complete with the finished look and semi-frameless glass enclosure. Clean lines, clean layout, and a finished product we’re proud to put our name on.

🏝️ Airbnb Renovation: Concrete equipment pad poured and the new Pentair pool heater/chiller is installed and operational — another major item checked off the list on this turnkey renovation.

From single-family construction and commercial projects to full Airbnb renovations, Tidal Ridge Contracting is continuing to expand what we can handle while keeping quality and production at the forefront.

Big progress on this Airbnb renovation this week. We’re getting into the final stretch and knocking out several of the major finish and electrical items.

Second coat of paint is going on the walls, the sagging and worn gate has been rebuilt, and the hot tub has officially been delivered and set into place. Electrical work is also coming together with disconnects set for the hot tub and mini split, along with finishing the hot tub wiring.

We also upgraded the electrical service to a new meter/panel combo and ran a new 100-amp feed to the Pentair pool panel to support the pool heater.

This is what a true turnkey renovation looks like — coordinating paint, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, pool equipment, landscaping, and all the smaller details that bring the entire property together.
